كَذَٰلِكَ حَقَّتْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ فَسَقُوٓا۟ أَنَّهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَThus the word [i.e., decree] of your Lord has come into effect upon those who defiantly disobeyed - that they will not believe.
