وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلَّيْلَ لِبَاسًا وَٱلنَّوْمَ سُبَاتًا وَجَعَلَ ٱلنَّهَارَ نُشُورًاAnd it is He who has made the night for you as clothing and sleep [a means for] rest and has made the day a resurrection.
