إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا فِىٓ أَعْنَـٰقِهِمْ أَغْلَـٰلًا فَهِىَ إِلَى ٱلْأَذْقَانِ فَهُم مُّقْمَحُونَIndeed, We have put shackles on their necks, and they are to their chins, so they are with heads [kept] aloft.
