إِلَّا مَن رَّحِمَ ٱللَّهُ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُExcept those [believers] on whom Allāh has mercy. Indeed, He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
