هَـٰذَا بَصَـٰٓئِرُ لِلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّقَوْمٍ يُوقِنُونَThis [Qur’ān] is enlightenment for mankind and guidance and mercy for a people who are certain [in faith].
