لَا يَرْقُبُونَ فِى مُؤْمِنٍ إِلًّا وَلَا ذِمَّةً وَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُعْتَدُونَThey do not observe toward a believer any pact of kinship or covenant of protection. And it is they who are the transgressors.
